More pinterest...I'm slightly obsessed

OH my yumminess!

My family hates lasagna and red sauce. HATES. I love it, but I am seriously out numbered so I don't often make it. But when I saw this recipe I knew my family would love it and so did I. Super creamy but not rich. My kids said "this is the best dinner ever!" and I haven't heard that since I made Top Romain a few months ago (seriously I made it once and Natalie still talks about it, she even wrote a paper about it at school saying it's the best thing I make...get thanks).

I really wanted something that the kids would call a treat but was healthy. I thought I would give these a try. When Noah asked what they were I told him that they had peanut butter and chocolate chips, I didn't feel that he needed to know about the flaxseed or any other ingredients. To my surprise he LOVED them. The other night we had cookies and he asked for these "cookies" instead. Natalie loved them too but wasn't blinded by the fact that the real cookies had way more sugar in them and went for those instead.

My friend Jodee had given me this recipe years ago like back when Noah was a baby. I made it for Jed and Zach when they were having some brother bonding time watching the super bowl back in January of 09. I just remember having so much fun when he was visiting and him and Jed having a great time together watching the game. Zach and Jed couldn't stop talking about the yummy artichoke dip. So this past Super Bowl Sunday I decided to dig it up and give it another try and it was a HUGE hit. I think I like it so much because it doesn't have mayo in it and it totally reminds me of that Sunday watching Zach play with the kids and having such a great brother bonding time with Jed.
